Sound Algorithm Engineer

Location: Chongqing, China

Job responsibilities:
1. Engaged in the development of related sound algorithms including virtual surround sound/virtual bass/virtual reverb;
2. Engaged in the development of related sound algorithms, including virtual sound source spatial positioning;
3. Responsible for the application and optimization of algorithm schemes in related products (such as headphone/speaker/mobile phone/TVs);
4. Responsible for algorithm design documents, writing and collating test reports.

Job requirements:
1. Master degree or above in acoustics/signal/electronics/communication/mathematics or related majors;
2. Familiar with digital signal processing theory and relevant tools and methods;
3. Proficient in using Matlab or similar tools for algorithm design and simulation verification;
4. Have good communication and logical analysis skills;
5. Experience in automotive electronic sound processing is preferred;
6. Relevant research experience (including research experience during master/doctor degree period).

Psychoacoustic specialist engineer

Location: Chongqing, China

 

Job responsibilities:
1. Classification and induction of sound inside and outside the car;
2. Sorting out the characteristics of different kinds of sound;
3. Sorting out the evaluation methods and procedures of different kinds of sound quality;
4. Organize sound quality evaluation and audiology test;
5. Statistical listening test results;
6. Analyze the internal relationship between subjective feelings and objective parameters of different kinds of sound.

Job requirements:
1. Master degree or above in acoustics/psychology/mathematics;
2. Familiar with automobile, NVH related working experience is preferred;
3. Knowledge of instrument and music theory is preferred;
4. Engaged in research work related to psychoacoustics.
